It is a very popular class that can be taught live and online. Fitness Pilates increases muscular balance and Strength, Improves Posture, improves core and back strength and identifies postural imbalances. Fitness Pilates will strengthen and tone weak muscles and improve flexibility by lengthening tight muscles. It is for all fitness levels. Material needed Small dumbbells 1.5kg Resistance bands Yoga mat
