The Jungle Body® is the brand behind our eight programs – Konga®, Vypa®, Jagua®, Tyga®, Burn!, Cubz, Getlow & Roar. Each program comes with a monthly release of new routines plus a carefully curated playlist to give you one damn good time. We have made sure our classes are fun, easy to follow and give you the flexibility to perform at your own pace. Whether you’re wanting a high intensity boxing class, a fun kids program, low impact training or the hottest dance cardio class on the planet - The Jungle Body®has a program for you.

KONGA®  easy-to-follow, mood-elevating, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to the hottest beats. KONGA® is the all-in-one workout that will torch calories, tone up your body, make your soul smile & inject your body with an endorphin overload. You will have so much fun sweating it out you might forget you’re burning up to 600 calories. KONGA® is designed to be super inclusive for all shapes, ages, sizes and of course those who have two left feet.

BURN! is a transformative dumbbell & resistance band workout that will totally redefine your physique, ignite your muscles & flood your body with endorphins. BURN's unique method combines 1.5kg–2kg dumbbells and resistance "booty bands" with high repetition movements & a carefully curated playlist to inspire the mind, body & soul. The result is a stronger, leaner & more agile body with a side of good vibes.

WHAT IS FITNESS PILATES?

Once called “the best kept secret of the chic, rich, famous and beautiful,” Pilates is now a household name. Fitness Pilates is based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates and effective exercise prescription. Each exercise is designed to make the maximum use of your time by targeting the deep postural muscles of the body, building strength from the inside out and re-balancing your muscles.

Fitness Pilates attacks the roots of bad posture by toning little-used muscles groups in the abdomen, torso, upper and lower back, while incorporating a slow breathing technique to energise the body. Fitness Pilates moves are also designed to work the muscles of the whole body (abdominals, lower back, thighs, buttocks, calves, arms, shoulders) and to gently lengthen them. The result is a body that is properly aligned and at less risk of injury. It is a no- impact class suitable for men and women of ages, levels and abilities, is a good way to relax and unwind and is also weight-bearing exercise so helps to prevent osteoporosis.

Fitness Pilates is challenging yet safe exercise that promotes a balanced body, a longer, leaner, toned shape, superb posture, a flat stomach, a strong back and increased mobility and flexibility. It also increases strength and endurance, improves balance and co-ordination, all without producing over developed or bulky muscles.

WHAT IS SLO-FLO YOGA?

Join LadizHustle for a healing and restorative Slo-Flo Yoga class in Punta Cana. As the sun sets, release, restore, and renew your body and mind with this gentle Yin yoga class. Each class ends with a beautiful relaxation where you can watch the stars and inhale blended essential oils. To add to the experience, you will receive a micro Indian head massage. DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO JOIN YOUR CLASSES?

No at all ,our classes are for everyone regardless if you just start your fitness journey ,or if you are an experienced fitness lady!

We always give alternatives for every workouts ,we grow together in this amazing journey !

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY CLASS?

Water, a sweat towel & a Yoga Mat. If you are attending a BURN & Fitness Pilates , you will need dumbbells.

HOW DO I JOIN THE CLASSES?

Well simply choose the options,

1-Memberships (Including all Live classes on Zoom +catch up library +blogs+Events+Quiz).

2-Drop in (Just the class you have chosen on that date).

*Memberships :Choose your own starting date +Cancel Anytime+ 7 days free trial).

3- All live classes are on ZOOM ,you will receive the link once you book your classes .

By Prebooking your classes a week ahead ,it will give you more motivation to reach your goals or simply staying healthy physically and mentally
